Actual Grappling Effectiveness
A.G.E. is a rating that objectively reflects your ability to control and submit others. Your starting A.G.E. is your weight, because at the beginning, weight is all you have. Over time your A.G.E. will rise and fall as you win or lose rated matches against rated opponents. Generally, you should roll with people within 30 points of your A.G.E..
